How much does it cost to run CreativeClash?
Our overall yearly costs are $600, and here is a breakdown of what that covers
- Hosting - Cost of the site host we use, this is where the majority of our funding goes
- Software - The licence for the software we use as well as additional plugins we have to pay for
- Other - Smaller fees like our domain name, conversion fees, Discord costs, etc.
CreativeClash is run by volunteers and funded only by donations. This means you'll never see obnoxious adverts on our site!
We do not make profit from CC and run things entirely at cost. If we ever have any extra money, we keep it aside in case of emergencies.
We don't have a roadmap of improvements we want to make or any goals we're currently setting. Our focus is always going to be the continued existence of CC and working with what we have.
Currently we don't have the time, resources, or funding to work on expanding CC, but we appreciate any and all support you give us so we can keep us running for as long as possible!
