    Welcome to CreativeClash!

Please review all information on this page before signing up

CreativeClash is an 18+ only creative trading event! Participants sign up to one of two teams with the aim to create content for someone on the opposing team of their OCs. You get more points for creating content for someone on the opposite team to you, however we also have a points system for friendly fire!

We are strictly anti-censorship, and allow all fictional content.

By registering on our site, you agree to the terms laid out below, that you are 18+, that you are willing to view adult content, and that you are able to curate your own experience.

    Terms of Service:

    Spoiler
    • Terms of Service

CreativeClash (“we”, “CC”) present the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of the CreativeClash site (Website), and all content, services and products available at or through the Website, including but not limited to http://xcreativeclashx.net

The Website is offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained within, along with all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, CC’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Website by us (collectively, the Agreement).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree that you are bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by CreativeClash, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

If you operate an account, comment on an account, post material to the Website, post links on the Website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Website (any such material, also known as "Content"), you are entirely responsible for that Content and any harm that may result from it. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, a video file, or computer software.

      Your Account

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must take reasonable steps to guard the security of your account. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions resulting from a breach of security, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreativeClash, as well as its officers, agents, and users, from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to out of your violation of this Agreement.

      Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, at our sole discretion, if we believe that you have violated this Agreement. You agree that any termination of your access to the Website may involve removing or discarding any content you have provided. We may, at our sole discretion, discontinue providing the Website at any time, with or without notice.

If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may delete your account and cease using the Website. You agree that, upon deletion of your account, we may, but are not required to, remove any content you have provided, at any time past the deletion of your account. To delete your account in its entirety, you must contact Support.

All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

      License to Reproduce Content

By submitting Content to us for inclusion on the Website, you grant us a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content, solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting the contents of your account, including through downloadable clients and external feeds.

If you delete Content, we will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.

      Account Content

You agree to the following provisions for posting Content to the Website:

      1. We claim no ownership or control over any Content that you post to the Website. You retain any intellectual property rights to the Content you post, in accordance with applicable law. By posting Content, you represent that you have the rights to reproduce that Content (and the right to allow us to serve such Content) without violation of the rights of any third party. You agree that you will bear any liability resulting from the posting of any Content that you do not have the rights to post.

      2. All Content posted to the Website in any way is the responsibility of the owner. Within the confines of international and local law, we will generally not place a restriction on the type or appropriateness of any Content. If Content is deemed illegal by any law having jurisdiction over you, you agree that we may submit any necessary information to the proper authorities.

      3. We do not pre-screen Content. However, you acknowledge that we have the right (but not the obligation), in our sole discretion, to remove or refuse to remove any Content from the service. You also agree that we may, without limitation, take any steps necessary to remove Content from the site search engine or member directory, at our sole discretion.

      4. If any Content you have submitted is reported to us as violating this Agreement, you agree that we may call upon you to change, modify, or remove that Content, within a reasonable amount of time, as defined by us. If you do not follow this directive, we may terminate your account.

      Content Posted on Other Websites

We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, made available through the websites and webpages to which we, any user, or any provider of Content links, or that link to us. We do not have any control over those websites and webpages, and are not responsible for their contents or their use. By linking to an external website or webpage, we do not represent or imply that we endorse such website or webpage. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. No user is required to volunteer for the Website, and users without volunteer status will receive equal care, support, and attention.

      Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of any substantial changes to this Agreement; however, it is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

      Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website is provided "as is". CreativeClash hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. - 5 -

You may post someone else's character, as long as they are A) not participating in this Clash themselves, B) you have explicit permission to post their character (moderators may ask to see proof of permission).

    CLASH RULES

    - 1 -

Respect the creator's boundaries and only draw their character in content that the creator has approved of.
When in doubt ask if you can, or simply don't create that content.

    - 2 -

All creations submitted must be created by you during the timeframe of the event.

    - 3 -

Include content warnings on artwork if it is applicable.

    - 4 -
Follow the posting template provided when posting a submission.

    "DESIGN ME A CHARACTER" PROMPTS

We do allow "Design me a character" prompts, and subsequently, submissions for Clashes.
Character design submissions must be original art, or at least 50% original assets for 3D modelling, crafts or custom figures/dolls, etc.
The artist forfeits design rights to said character design upon submission as a Clash entry. Submissions of image(s) containing character designs intended for two or more opponents must have all designs clearly labelled with the intended recipients, or the submission may be discarded as an entry.
Character design submissions will be counted for points as any other character submission.

    CONTENT WARNINGS

For the comfort and safety of other participants we ask that you add content warning tags (as applicable) to your characters and posts. A sample list of what content we would like people to tag for is below.

What we mean by 'tagging your posts' is literally tagging them as per our post-tagging system (you can find out how to do that here), as well as including them in the body of your post somewhere appropriate, such as with a profile or character. Tags for content must also be placed directly before any links that contain content worthy of warning if linking to external sites.

Everyone is welcome to post whatever content they like, and likewise can list what content they do and do not consent to receiving.

Please respect other participants and do not create content for them they have explicitly stated they do NOT want to receive. We encourage communication so please ask your 'victim' if you aren't sure what content they would like, or simply don't create it unless explicitly listed.

Please at least warn for the following content:

Dead Dove content such as underage, incest, bestiality, non-con, gore, vore, etc
Triggering content such as self harm, eating disorders, drug use, etc
Hateful content such as Nazi imagery, racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.

This list is not exhaustive and Mods may as you to add additional content warnings if we feel it is necessary.

When in doubt, it's best to add tags for anything you think of. It will always be better to list warnings you're unsure about than leave them out.

    FAQ

    Spoiler

    spacer.png

    What content is allowed?

    We allow all fictional content.

I signed up and it says I'm banned! Why am I banned?

If you have just signed up, you're not actually banned. Our forums are only accessible to someone with a Verified role, however if you have no roles at all then our forums think you have been banned. You will get full access to the site when a Mod is able to verify your account.

Your verified role will be automatically removed after 4 weeks of inactivity. Manual re-verification will be required!

How can I be re-verified if I've been inactive?

Please contact us via Discord, Twitter, or email to be re-verified. Our email is xcreativeclashx@gmail.com.

Why do you check social media accounts?

In order to prevent spam, trolls, and people otherwise looking to cause harm to our community, we ask people to provide a social media link so we can do a brief check to make sure your values align with ours. We prefer accounts which are more personal instead of galleries as we're not here to judge your skill or your content, but rather just get an idea of who you are as a person. If your social media account is empty, locked, or private, we cannot verify you.

I'm inactive on social media, can I still join?

If you're not very active on social media but would still like to take part in our event and join our forum, please contact us at xcreativeclashx@gmail.com. We're more than happy to have a chat with you to check you've read our rules and understand our policies.

Can I post [insert kink here]?

All content is allowed but please list the warnings in the subject line of your post for topics that involve common trigger warnings or sensitive themes.

    Can I post a [Nazi/racist/ableist/etc] character?

We allow all content in a fictional context. We do not agree with the glorification of such acts and ask that these subjects are handled with common sense and caution, as well as posted with appropriate tags and warnings.

Can I post a character who is original but is set in a fandom world?

Yes, as long as the character is not a canon character. This includes customisable player characters in MMOs or similar games.

    Examples:
Aether/Lumine from Genshin Impact would not be allowed as they are canon characters, even if the player acts as them and can name them.
The Warrior of Light from Final Fantasy XIV is allowed as it is a fully customisable character you can create.
Red from Pokemon is a canon character, but your Pokemon trainer who may be based on him would be their own character.

Can I post a character who is based off of a canon character but isn't actually canon?

Yes, as long as the character is not actually the canon character, and can be easily separated from the canon character in question. You're welcome to bring out characters who are 'inspired by' canon characters but ultimately are their own character, including kinsonas/fictives/etc.

Can I ask people to "design me a character" as a prompt?

Yes! Points for the attacker will be counted as with any other standard character (ie, counted as Enemy or Friendly points depending on the target). All rights to the design are transferred to the opponent upon submission of the attack.

Do I have to make a Character Hub to take part?

Nope! You're welcome to join the event and just attack other participants without posting up 'victims' of your own. The only requirements for joining in with events is signing up for a team and posting your submissions in the counting thread.

Where can I upload images to use for my characters?

Depending on the content of your artwork we can recommend these sites:
Allows all content - Squidge, Baraag
Does not allow underage or non-con - Imgur
Potentially allows all content - GoogleDrive
